These days, there so many creative and unique ways to captivate and impress your guests on your wedding day but what about in the lead up to it?… Making a statement and ‘setting the scene’ from the very first point of contact with your friends & family is so crucial as it solidifies the mood, vibe and atmosphere that you want to carry right through to the wedding day for your guests to enjoy and remember long after it’s all over.
So we thought it might be a fun and quirky venture to recruit a ‘real life couple’ who have newly joined the ‘soon to be married’ club and weren’t afraid to have a laugh on camera, get a little chalky and let us capture it all on film for them to share with their guests as a ‘save the date’ notice unlike others.
Brisbane based high school sweethearts, Amanda and Peirce were our enthusiastic volunteers who jumped at the opportunity to capitalise on such a cool creative concept.
They wanted a theme they felt would suit their fun-loving, energetic and simply COLOURFUL personalities and what better way to do that than a cheeky chalk fight.
Watching these two love birds tossing clumps of powdered rainbow coloured dust at one another against the Brisbane CBD backdrop was not only hilariously entertaining, but it was blatantly obvious that having fun, cherishing friendships & enjoying lots of love and laughter together are all high on their priority list.
If this is just a small taste of what is to come for these two’s…. then we are confident that their guests are in for a real treat at their wedding in 2018.
